HELLO, I’M ABBEY!

I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist based in Redondo Beach, CA, and I am supervised by Taylor Addison, LMFT (#130177). I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Alliant International University. My therapeutic approach is grounded in EMDR, Narrative Therapy, and a Humanistic perspective, where I explore the dominant stories shaping each individual’s life and help identify unique outcomes within those narratives to support my clients in their unique and dynamic situations.

In my practice, I strive to cultivate a safe, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences. Together, we work toward growth and healing. I have a deep appreciation for working with clients from diverse backgrounds, with a particular focus on adolescents, first responders, and athletes.

  • Individual Therapy

    I provide individual therapy to help clients navigate life’s challenges, deepen self-understanding, and build lasting emotional resilience.I aim to support my clients in building autonomy by walking alongside them as a compassionate, conversational partner—never the expert on their life, but a collaborator in their growth.

  • Child and Teen Therapy

    I offer child and teen therapy tailored to support emotional growth, build resilience, and help young people navigate the challenges of growing up with compassion and confidence. I meet each client exactly where they are—emotionally, developmentally, and relationally—to provide personalized support that honors their unique needs and pace weather that is talk therapy or play therapy!

  • Couples and Family Therapy

    I provide couples and family therapy through a relational lens, helping clients navigate conflict, strengthen connection, and build healthier patterns of communication. As a relational therapist, I focus on the dynamics between people—not just within them—so healing can happen in the relationships that matter most.

  • Ocean Therapy

    I offer Ocean Therapy sessions that take place outdoors, using the calming power of the ocean to support emotional regulation, connection, and healing. Being in nature creates space for movement, reflection, and a grounded therapeutic experience outside the traditional office setting.

  • First Responder Therapy

    I provide specialized support for first responders navigating the unique stress, trauma, and demands of their work. Therapy offers a confidential space to process experiences, build resilience, and reconnect with yourself outside the uniform.

  • Addiction Therapy

    I offer compassionate, nonjudgmental support for individuals navigating addiction and recovery. Together, we explore the roots of substance use, build healthier coping strategies, and work toward meaningful, sustainable change.
