Adolescent Therapy
I accept Adolescent clients ages 6-18. Through adolescent therapy we will combine talk therapy and play therapy per clients needs. I focus on helping young people explore and reshape the stories they tell about themselves, their challenges, and their lives. Adolescence is a time of growth, change, and self-discovery, and through our work together, we can uncover the strengths and resources they already possess. By using creative and engaging techniques, I encourage kids and teens to reframe difficulties, build resilience, and find empowering narratives that promote confidence and well-being. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where they can feel heard, understood, and capable of overcoming obstacles with a renewed sense of possibility.

First Responder Therapy
For the past 8 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving as an ocean lifeguard, answering the call in moments of crisis and helping others in times of need. Throughout my career, I’ve come to realize that many people, including therapists, often struggle to fully grasp the unique challenges and traumas that come with this line of work. Having lived this experience firsthand and gained insight into how departments operate, I’m eager to share my knowledge and support. Together, we can navigate the daily challenges of being a first responder, and I’m here to help you rewrite the story of your resilience and well-being.

Ocean Therapy
Ocean therapy is a unique service I offer to help clients step outside the traditional therapy room and connect with nature. Whether it’s surfing, walking on the beach, hiking, playing tennis, or paddleboarding, these activities create a space where clients can engage with the natural world while easing the discomfort that often comes with conventional therapy. In this relaxed, open setting, we break down barriers and begin to rewrite the stories that may feel confined by the four walls of a room. Ocean therapy fosters authentic conversation and helps build rapport in a way that feels natural and freeing, allowing us to explore your journey without the pressure of a typical therapy setting.

Couples/ Family Therapy
I offer couples and family therapy grounded in the belief that our identities and relationships are shaped by the stories we tell about ourselves and each other. By exploring these stories, we can identify patterns, reframe challenges, and uncover the strengths that often go unnoticed. Together, we’ll work to re-author your narratives, creating space for healing, understanding, and deeper connection. Whether you’re navigating conflict, improving communication, or strengthening bonds, I’m here to support you in discovering new possibilities and fostering healthier, more meaningful relationships.

Ocean Therapy
What is Ocean Therapy?
Ocean therapy is a therapeutic approach that combines the healing power of nature with traditional talk therapy. It involves engaging in outdoor activities such as surfing, walking on the beach, hiking, or paddleboarding while having meaningful conversations. The idea behind ocean therapy is to use the calming and grounding effects of nature to help individuals relax and open up, breaking down the barriers that can sometimes exist in traditional therapy settings. By connecting with the ocean and the natural environment, clients can find a sense of peace and clarity, which can facilitate deeper self-reflection and healing.
Who is Ocean Therapy Best For?
Ocean therapy is best for individuals who feel disconnected from traditional therapy or those who find it challenging to open up in a conventional setting.
How does it work
We would start by having an in person session to understand your therapy goals and assess if Ocean therapy would be a good fit for you.
In this session we would work to understand your interests and learn what would be the best form of ocean therapy to meet your needs and interests.
We would have our outdoors ocean sessions once a week.
With every 1-3 sessions outdoors we would have 1 session in the office.
I would love to chat with you about starting Ocean Therapy!
