INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Individual therapy is more than just talking—it’s about being truly seen, heard, and supported in the parts of yourself that may feel confusing, heavy, or stuck.

Whether you're navigating anxiety, grief, burnout, trauma, identity questions, or simply feeling overwhelmed by life, therapy offers a space that’s just for you. No masks. No performance. Just you—showing up as you are.

What Individual Therapy Can Support:

  • Anxiety, stress, and overthinking

  • Life transitions (breakups, career shifts, parenthood, moving, etc.)

  • Grief and loss

  • Trauma (including complex and developmental trauma)

  • Relationship patterns and attachment wounds

  • Perfectionism, self-criticism, and low self-worth

  • Identity exploration (gender, sexuality, values, purpose)

  • Eating and body image concerns

  • Burnout and emotional exhaustion

  • Boundary-setting and people-pleasing

  • A general sense of “I don’t feel like myself”

You don’t need a crisis to begin therapy. Sometimes, the most meaningful work starts when you say: “I don’t know what’s wrong. I just know I want something to feel different.”

My Approach

I draw from a trauma-informed, humanistic lens—meaning I see you as a whole person, not a diagnosis. Your lived experience, values, and voice are central to our work. I'm trained in modalities such as:

  • EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
For healing trauma and unprocessed experiences stored in the body.

  • Narrative Therapy
To explore the stories you've been told (and tell yourself) about who you are—and to help you reclaim authorship of your life.

  • Attachment-Based & Emotion-Focused Therapy
To understand how your early experiences shape your current relationships, and to build a stronger connection to yourself and others.

  • Parts Work & Inner Child Healing
To honor and integrate the different parts of you—especially the ones that have been ignored or misunderstood.

This work isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about helping you reconnect with who you already are—beneath the fear, the roles, the coping, the noise.

What to Expect

  • A compassionate, nonjudgmental space where all parts of you are welcome

  • Collaborative goal-setting that honors your pace

  • A therapist who is both clinically trained and deeply human

  • Sessions tailored to meet you where you are—emotionally, mentally, and practically
